Our recommendations are (NZ$ prices):
For minimal scanning, a basic flatbed scanner is fine approx $200
For bulk scanning a multifeed scanner, HP 7650 is recommended RRP $1639 + GST (50 pages through at once)
A multifunction printer is a good alternative, such as the Brother 8440 - laser printer, photocopier, scanner and fax approx $888 + GST
Large photocopiers from Konica or Ricoh can include scanning attachments – this would be the best option if you needed to do duplex (both sides) scanning, and they are fast and efficient.
