Remote Assist

These links are three separate accounts for Remote Assist.
The Houston Medical Technical Support Team member, who is assisting you, will advise which number you need to use.

- Once you select an account number, a File Download window will appear. Select open then click OK.
- A Security Warning window will appear, click Yes.
- A Remote-Assist Express window will appear
- Select Yes.
- A small window will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
- This means that your computer is connecting to our computer, and no further intervention is required.
- After a short delay, your desktop will appear on-screen at Houston Medical.
NOTE: Remote Assist does not work in Terminal Server environments
