imaging, tables, spellcheck and a complete WYSIWYG (What you see on the screen is what you get on the printout) system. You can add your own medical dictionaries to the spellcheck, create templates which will pick up information directly from the program, such as patient’s name and address, medical information, financial or more. Any letters created in the Houston Word processor are automatically saved to the patient file for retrieving, reviewing and reprinting at any time. Mail merging is a powerful and simple process to create bulk form letters to large numbers of clients simply and easily. The letter writer can choose only patients due for a recall, or perhaps a letter to all patients on the database about practice changes.
