For the last few months, our team on the helpdesk and web development have been working hard get our Online Support Solutions up and running.
Houston Support Online now has the resources and documentation to offer many answers to common questions online. Of course, our helpdesk is still always ready to take a phone call - but the idea of searching online for solutions is a powerful one. Here are some of the features we have added:
Knowledgebase - a fully searchable index of articles, how-to's, & instructions - currently there are over 1000 articles!
Support Documents - we have written many documents on how to take advantage of some of the advanced features - these are all available as PDF downloads.
FTP Interface - we have added an interface direct to the FTP site where we host our support documents - download them all if you wish.
Latest Version - download the latest version of all our software packages
Online Manuals - search and find solutions in our Software manuals. Or download the entire manual in a PDF format.
Forums - participate in lively debate, or share your knowledge or procedures with other Houston users. For ongoing program development, this is the way we intend to lead - with everyone having a say about how the screens and areas should be written and used.
