Can be produced for surgery billing. A range of quote templates can be set up so that the quote can be combined with your informed financial consent. The integrated medical billing system allows you to bill directly from the quote (with or without alteration). This enables staff to bill and accept surgery payments without significant amounts of training.

Correspondence
Able to have as many letter templates as you would like, i.e. Referring doctor, medical certificate which can import any field from within the program. Letter templates can use the internal word processing program or link with Microsoft Word. Mail merging a series of patients can be done by running a report, merging and printing the letter, i.e. Did Not Attend letter or moving an entire list of appointments.

EMR Reporting Tool
Financial, patient and referrer reports are inbuilt within the physician emr system, but the easy-to-use customised Report Writing feature allows the creation of user- defined reports on ANY collected information within the EMR software. All report writer reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel, allowing the data to manipulated and graphed or imported in to other medical software programs such as medical accounting or statistical packages.

Appointments
VIP medical scheduling software is highly user-defined, allowing users to choose appointment length at any time slot and easily set up a roster within the EHR system. Each practitioner can have a totally independent roster, and series of time slots. Entire appointment histories can be shown at the click of a button for all patient records/inquiries. Appointments can be moved (with notes) with a simple cut and paste. User defined booking types and assigning colours, make the appointment book very simple and a powerful reporting tool for all staff members.

Waiting Room
This has six stages, which can be turned on or off. It assists Doctors and staff to keep track of patients during their visits. Reports can be created to notify practictioners where possible delays for patients are.

Integrated Demographics
All medical patient records entered in to the emr system, utilize pre-stored information such as addresses and referrers. This allows making only one entry and thereby, reducing keystroke errors and no room for duplicate entries.

Security
Security is set by the practice per group of users or per individual user. You can set security by menu items and staff can also be allowed to choose from lists but not add to them.
